Clerk Grade 7/8 Ongoing Full-Time Sydney Olympic Park About us The NSW Police Force (NSWPF) is one of the largest police forces in the western world, with more than 20,000 employees, including more than 4,000 administrative employees who support the sworn officers that provide a range of law and order services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to the socially, geographically and culturally diverse community of NSW. About the role We have an opportunity for a Senior Drug and Alcohol Tester to be part of our Drug and Alcohol Testing Unit, Professional Standards Command team. The role is responsible for managing and coordinating NSWPF workplace alcohol and drug testing programs in accordance with relevant legislation and policy. The position requires contribution to the planning, implementation and review of policies, programs and services including continual assessment and improvement in the method and means of delivery. The position also provides drug and alcohol testing and on call response as required. For this role the successful candidate must: Have the ability to work a seven-day rotating roster, on call duties and where required to undertake rotational shift work. Willingness to travel statewide as required. Completion of or willingness to complete 'Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing' course Completion of or willingness to complete the NSW Police Force `Breath Analysis Operators course'.
