Senior Drilling Engineer

Senior Drilling Engineer (+10 years) with office-based engineering and offshore experience required for multi-well subsea gas development from DP Semi.This Office Based Role will be responsible for:Monitor rig operations and provide Drilling Engineering Support to the Superintendent and rig team during execution activities, including preparing Management of Change documentation.Development of Pre-operational engineering programs (including working with vendors).Other activities as required to support the drilling operations (AARs/support Quality Process/manage equipment inventory/prepare regulatory documentation).Well closeout activities, post-execution.Some elements of detailed well design may be required, but primarily this role will be supporting the current operation.Must have:Experience with highly deviated subsea wells from floating MODUs/DrillShips.Recent experience (within the last 2 years) working within Australia, and be familiar with the Australian regulatory regime and operations.RequirementsThis is a 12-month Contract on a competitive Day rate.
