The Recruit Group is seeking an ambitious Senior Production Draftsperson to join our client's dynamic team.
Based on the Southside of Brisbane, this Boutique Builder/Developer is known for delivering high-quality homes.
Specialising in volume builds for first-home buyers, downsizers, and both standard and custom homes, our client is focused on efficient, high-quality production.
In this role, you'll use ArchiCAD to create accurate drawings for new and existing designs, ensuring project success and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce concept, contract, and construction drawings within deadlines, ensuring compliance with building codes and delivering high-volume output.
Participate in client meetings to capture project requirements.
Create and maintain standardised master drawings and structural designs.
Analyse preliminary data to develop accurate siting plans.
Support the sales, estimating, and drafting teams to ensure consistent production.
Stay updated with industry trends to enhance drafting efficiency and volume.
Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, councils, and stakeholders.
About You:
Proven experience as a Production Draftsperson in construction.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential.
Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
Ability to refine designs and manage high-volume projects across various block sizes.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
