Senior Draftsperson (Medium-Density Projects)

Our client is an award-winning residential builder with a pipeline of over $350 million, and has had a fast rise in to being one of the top residential homebuilders in Australia They have established themselves as one of the up and coming builders in NSW over the last 10 years.    The focus is on working with leading developers across Australia to build everlasting communities. The role: Reporting to the Drafting & Design Manager, you will have the responsibility for providing working drawings, liaising with shires and relevant authorities. You will have excellent working knowledge of building codes & your level of attention to detail will be high. Experience: You will ideally have 5+ years experience of residential drafting, ideally with some medium-density project experience. A deep understanding of building codes You will be proficient using ArchiCAD You will have a consistent CV & track record.
