Guide Dogs Queensland is seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Donor Relations Coordinator (Regular Giving) to join our passionate and close-knit Donor Relations Team at our beautiful head office in Bald Hills.
This full-time position is key to delivering our Regular Giving (RG) program and focuses on acquiring, upgrading, and retaining valued donors.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in both traditional and digital marketing techniques to enhance donor experiences and drive engagement.
You'll collaborate with our internal teams and external agencies to create a donor-centric fundraising program that meets our growth targets.
Your key responsibilities will include: Lead the planning and delivery of an innovative Regular Giving fundraising program.
Work with agencies to find new ways to engage and retain donors.
Create processes that improve the donor experience and gather valuable feedback.
Oversee campaign fulfillment and ensure high-quality interactions.
Develop donor materials and host donor engagement events that strengthen connections and provide unbeatable experiences.
Analyse data to refine our strategies.
Oversee and enhance administrative processes to ensure the accurate maintenance and management of donor records.
About you Reporting to the Donor Relations Manager, our ideal Senior Donor Relations Coordinator will demonstrate the following: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, fundraising, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in planning and delivering successful donor-centric regular giving campaigns.
Proven success in implementing donor care strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
Strong knowledge of regular giving trends and a commitment to innovation in fundraising.
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong copywriting and creative skills that have measurable fundraising impact.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to tailor insights for Executive and Board-level reporting.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for engaging diverse donors and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
