In this role, you will effectively deliver the processes & functional work to meet relevant stakeholder expectations for our document control register and procedures.
Clough, in an Alliance with Water Corporation and Jacobs, is delivering the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Resource Recovery Facility. The scope of the project includes upgrading the facility's sludge treatment process system to enable the recovery of biosolids for agricultural use and biogas for the generation of energy.
The Woodman Point Water Recovery Facility has the capacity to treat up to 180 megalitres of used incoming water per day. This project is designed to treat 120 tonnes of dried solids per day. The increase in capacity allows the facility to continue to recover 100% of the biosolids, making it a highly water efficient water treatment facility.

Your focus will include:
Establish and implement an efficient project-related document control register and procedures Ensuring effective use of processes and systems Establish and maintain a correspondence filing system Expedite the review and approval of documentation, including designs, procedures, instructions, product certification and records Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub-contractors and the Alliance office Issue and track location of all documents and drawings.
