Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you'll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.
What you'll do: Working in an established project team with a great DC team alongside you, you'll be responsible for end to end DC processes and vendor data management.
* Ensuring the project documents comply with procedural requirements prior to processing into the document control system. * Controlling project documents/Vendor Data and maintaining registers to indicate current status via the document control system * Assisting the Lead Document Controller with the handover and archiving of deliverables as required by the client * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to make sure all documents are filed correctly * Record issues and track the location of control documents and drawings.
* Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the document control system. About You * >5 years of experience working in a project environment, ideally within the mining industry * Good level of understanding on DC practices and management, and experienced in various software packages * Vendor Data Experience preferred * Practical experience in document control entry & procedures on engineering and construction projects * Ability to work with and communicate at all levels with both internal and external clients About WSP | Calibre WSP | Calibre is a leading global engineering and project delivery business to the mining sector.
