Job Duties and Qualifications Key ResponsibilitiesFocal point for 24/7 monitoring of Fleet assetsTravel and Accommodation booking managementEnsure compliance with Fleet Regulation & RegistrationReceives job orders, assures resources are available, and communicates with customers and crews regarding job resources, scheduling, and services.Works independently, utilizing two-way radio and other communications equipment. Role RequirementsExperience with Fleet asset management (highly regarded)Knowledge of IVMS tracking systems (desirable)Able to work a rotating 12 hr day/night shift rosterProactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersIntermediate to Advanced MS Office knowledgeRequires a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of location services and equipment.Proficiency typically gained through 1-2 years related dispatching/location experience.
