The People Cases team is responsible for employee relations, HR business partnering, injury management, and injury prevention functions. The team provides solutions-focused complex HR advice and support to business units across JACS through the delivery of reactive and proactive business partnering.
As a subject matter expert, you will manage a small team that works across the employee relations and injury management portfolios.
The Senior Director, People Cases will lead the team to enable positive outcomes for the Directorate regarding managing workplace behaviors, misconduct matters, workplace grievances, and specialist advice related to employment frameworks.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Qualifications in, or extensive experience in human resources or industrial relations are highly desirable.
Notes: An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. Please note, this position is in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers do not have a designated workstation/desk.
