Senior Director People CasesFull-time PermanentDetails: The People Cases team is responsible for employee relations, HR business partnering, injury management, and injury prevention functions. The team provides solutions-focused complex HR advice and support to business units across JACS through the delivery of reactive and proactive business partnering.As a subject matter expert, you will manage a small team working across the employee relations and injury management portfolios.The Senior Director, People Cases will lead the team to enable positive outcomes for the Directorate regarding managing workplace behaviours, misconduct matters, workplace grievances, and specialist advice related to employment frameworks.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experiences, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community.
