Full-time PermanentDetails: Are you a high performing people leader with a strong HR generalist background? The Education Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and capable Senior Director to lead the People and Conduct team. As part of the People and Performance leadership team, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners, People Cases and Injury Management professionals who provide complex advice on all things people, conduct and injury management.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Highly desirable:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar and/orAustralian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) accreditation/membership or similar.Notes: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. We have access to ongoing hybrid work arrangements including a combination of work from home and working from the office (located in Stirling ACT). Did we mention free and convenient parking?
