Flex has grown our core flexible rent consumer product/business by distributing it through our rapidly growing network of property management company partners. As we enter the next chapter of our growth, we are hiring an experienced B2B product leader to own our suite of product investments around property network growth and experience. This includes our efforts to turn property network growth into a data driven machine, self-serve tools we build to more efficiently acquire, onboard, and serve property partners of all sizes, core property partner experience on Flex, and potential new products we develop to offer to property managers. This role (and associated scope) has the potential to be a VP or Senior Director, tied to candidate experience and skill set.What you'll do

You will serve as the primary owner of Flex's consumer facing product offerings. In this capacity, you will:Develop and own Flex's partner/network product strategyHire and grow a high-performing team of product managersDrive development of all partner facing offerings from concept to high quality landings, in close partnership with engineering and design leadership and our sales teamOwn critical top level business drivers for a rapidly growing fintechPartner with the CEO, cofounder, and Chief Commercial Officer to land the right end-to-end partner offeringMinimum Qualifications

Product: 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of driving impact on your product(s) and ideally experience as owner of a rapidly growing consumer productManagement: 4+ years of experience hiring and managing product managers in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical horsepower: You dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the right resultsCommunication: High attention to detail including precise and effective communication with senior stakeholdersLow ego: As a rapidly growing startup, all of our leaders are also "doers". You need to be eager to both build/lead a team and dive in when opportunities ariseThe national pay range for this role is $255,000-$300,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.Life at Flex:
