Senior Director, Industrial and Workplace Relations and HR Systems
Full-time TemporaryDetails: As the Senior Director, Industrial and Workplace Relations and HR Systems, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive workplace relationships, ensuring compliance with the industrial framework, and optimising HR systems to support organisational objectives. Additionally, you will identify, manage and resolve complex and higher risk people management matters.
Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will lead a team responsible for managing industrial and workplace relations, and enhancing HR systems and processes.
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of six months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is in a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers do not have a designated workstation/desk.
