Full-time TemporaryDetails: ACT Property Group are seeking expressions of interest for a short-term vacancy leading the Customer and Tenancy Management team as SOGA, Senior Director, Customer and Tenancy Management team.
The Senior Director leads the Customer and Tenancy Management Team ensuring the team provides exceptional customer service, undertakes business development, and provides lease management advice and services to support and manage tenants, customers and clients, while optimising the revenue to the ACTPG business.
The team manages customer enquiries from all occupants of buildings managed (government and non-government tenants) and ensures resolution of the customer's requests or questions in consultation with other areas of ACT Property Group and other stakeholders. The customer and tenancy management team provides professional customer management on property management and tenancy related services to government and non-government clients.
Experience in and familiarity with all aspects of the subject matter listed in the PD is highly desirable (preferably within an ACT Government setting). Applicants need to be available for the full period of the backfill.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Qualifications in Property, Business Management, Building Management, Procurement, Project Management, Commercial Real Estate or related areas are highly desirable.Hold or have the capacity to obtain White Card and Asbestos Awareness.Notes: This is a temporary position available from 12 July to 26 August 2024 and may also be used for any future vacancy within a six-month period. This position is based in an activity-based working (ABW) environment. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.
