About The Role
The Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment provides corporations, governments and law firms around the globe with the industry's most complete range of multidisciplinary, independent dispute advisory, investigative, data acquisition/analysis and forensic accounting services. FTI Consulting's Construction, Projects and Assets (CPA) team offers an unparalleled breadth of services focused on improving the lifecycle value for critical capital assets. What You'll Do
A Senor Director is responsible for providing clients with guidance in various spheres of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities across the pillars of people, process, data, and technology. These responsibilities include performing functions to identify and solve complex business, organizational, and operational challenges while defining and improving associated processes. A Senior Director frequently leads engagements or complex workstreams within larger engagements – managing client expectations, billing, resources required for delivery, and other day-to-day operational activities. Additionally, Senior Directors play a pivotal role in the business development process, working to develop proposals including scope of work, success metrics, staffing models, and more.
Leading Strategy and Management Consulting projects across the practice that may include strategic plans, organizational assessments, capability maturity assessments of project and asset management capabilities, market analysis and training materials Providing subject matter expertise on Project and Portfolio Management processes and/or Project Management Information Systems Conducting project delivery capability maturity assessments against industry best practices and FTI expertise, identifying gaps, and developing improvement plans Performing project delivery process assessments and develop/revise processes for project and/or portfolio strategy and planning, project risk management, project management, and supporting functional areas Providing subject matter expertise on Asset Management processes and/or Asset Management Information Systems Conducting asset management maturity assessments against ISO 55001 and the IAM maturity model, identifying gaps, and developing improvement plans Performing asset management process assessments and develop/revise processes for asset management strategy and planning, asset risk management, asset lifecycle management, and asset performance management Facilitating and determining business requirements and objectives by analyzing business processes, reviewing documents, and leading focused workshops Leading the analysis of client's current state by supporting analysis of business processes, document review, and focused workshops Driving the development of work products including presentations and reports at both the working and executive levels Summarizing insights from analysis and clearly communicating analytical findings in a cohesive story and articulating an argument to be presented to executives Developing client-facing materials with Microsoft Office products, using skill in PowerPoint to turn textual information into compelling, easily understood graphics Developing engagement-specific approaches to Training and Organizational Change Management Creating and enabling reinforcement mechanisms and measurement metrics to ensure sustainability Building relationships with all appropriate stakeholders and key leads in various areas to ensure overall project success Leveraging personal and collective team subject matter expertise to drive best practice-based solutions Managing a small team of consultants in support of strategy and management consulting engagement delivery Mentoring, coaching, and training CPA Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Directors and supervising activity performed either as Engagement Lead or Coach Assessing talent (Internal and External) and provides feedback to management Seeking for new, different, and innovative ways to leverage existing and new consulting capabilities to improve performance, improve business results, and create buy-in and commitment within client organizations – pushing the boundaries and capabilities of our integrated delivery teams Supporting Executive CPA Leadership in developing business goals for Strategy and Management Consulting practice and executing strategic plan Representing FTI Consulting on panels, webinars, speaking engagements, etc. as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Strategy and Management Consulting How You'll Grow

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, Statistics or in a related field 10+ years of post-graduate professional experience in strategy and management consulting, capital projects & infrastructure, asset management, reliability management, asset integrity, systems engineering or a related profession Fluent in English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent IAM Certificate/Diploma or equivalent Experience with asset information systems: EAM (e.g., Maximo, Oracle EAM, InforEAM, etc.) Portfolio Optimization (e.g., PowerPlan, Copperleaf, SEAMS, Direxyon, etc.) Asset Performance Management (e.g., GE APM, Aveva, AspenTech, DNV GL, Bentley, etc.) Experience with project management information systems: EcoSys EPC / Hexagon PPM Procore Kahua Aconex / Aconex Connected Cost Primavera P6 EPPM scheduling software Primavera Unifier Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI Tableau Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset Ability to operate at an executive level including communications, relationship development, and outcomes Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results Generates ideas for new offerings and identifies new potential business opportunities Possesses advanced Excel skills to aggregate, model, and manage large data sets and be proficient in PowerPoint and Word Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team Takes initiative to identify solutions before escalating to others Takes pride in work and creating a polished product Excellent analytical and organizational skills Industry experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, chemicals, or power and utilities Previous asset analytic and modeling experience Proactive individual with strong drive, ambition, and enthusiasm Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing workloads Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be resourceful Capable of defending positions with rational arguments Team player with a positive and energetic attitude Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives #LI-DP1 #flcconstruction
