This might be the job for you!The Senior Director Commercial and Contracts is responsible for leading a small team to deliver contract management, commercial negotiations and assurance of Canberra Metro's performance and delivery under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project Agreement. The Senior Director Commercial and Contracts supports the Executive Branch Manager Light Rail Operations by providing advice and leadership on commercial, contractual, and financial elements of light rail operations.To be successful, you will possess exceptional interpersonal, organisational and communication skills necessary to build rapport and work collaboratively and respectfully with a diverse range of stakeholders, in addition to demonstrated experience in contracts/project management.
