We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director to join us in Workforce Strategy, Leadership and Capability Branch. As a Senior Director of ACTPS Graduate and Entry Talent Programs, you can expect to be on the forefront of an exciting and challenging work program.

Landing this job will mean leading a team to evolve and deliver the ACTPS Graduate Program; attract and recruit the next years' graduates in a competitive graduate talent market; and identify other, innovative ways to attract high calibre talent for critical entry level jobs. You will also collaborate to develop (or provide advice) on workforce strategy solutions; and keep a range of stakeholders engaged with and updated on your progress.
You will work with a team of enthusiastic professionals who come from a variety of backgrounds and areas of expertise so you won't be in it alone.

Where can you work? We have access to ongoing hybrid work arrangements including home-based and activity-based working (ABW) when working from the office (located at 220 London Circuit, Canberra City) and our new Innovation Centre. You can also take advantage of our FlexiSpaces – we have one in each of Canberra's major town centres.
Note: This is a temporary position available 12 September 2024 for a period of six months will a possibility of extension and/or permanency. Selection may be based on written application and referee reports only. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill similar vacancies should they arise over the next 12 months.
