We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Digitisation Specialist to join the APA Networks team in Adelaide SA/Eagle Farm QLD/Kidman Park SA/Thomastown VIC, on a Permanent Full-time basis.
Reporting to the Digitisation Lead, your focus will be to identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation within the Networks business, supporting more efficient and effective processes.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain 'low code' Power Apps and SmartIQ electronic forms for the Networks business and maintain digital process automation using UiPath and Power Automate As a citizen developer, coordinate with Business and IT resources to ensure a high level of delivery and support is provided to the Networks business Provide technical guidance and design; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business and technological objectives Lead implementation of solutions and change management; provide training and support to stakeholders to ensure proper use of the solutions Identify opportunities and develop business cases for digitisation and/or automation throughout the Networks business Your background Qualifications in IT, Business or a related discipline Experience in developing solutions in Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, PowerApps & PowerAutomate Strong experience in developing digital forms and workflows using web development and other automation tools such as SmartIQ and Uipath Ability to evaluate processes and recommend digital automation design solutions Strong stakeholder engagement, communications and change management skills About the Team We manage and operate gas distribution networks that deliver gas to around 1.4 million households and businesses across Australia.
