To support WPB strategies to drive seamless end-to-end digitalization, the Senior Digital Product Manager role is primarily responsible for building the strategy and developing digital platforms covering Mobile, Internet Banking and Staff Platforms. You will be a key member of the Digital Product and Platform team and report to the Digital Product & Platform Lead.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Formulate digital platform strategy that will lead and deliver value across the key operating activities that span sales management, customer experience, content management, digital messaging and digital optimization. Responsible for driving Digital features and functions in the market ensuring alignment with our Global Value streams to build and deploy new Digital Platforms. Management of Digital Product Managers ensuring Product Roadmaps and Agile artefacts are produced and updated. Creation of robust business cases to support new initiatives across the Digital Platforms. Works in a facilitative manner to build capability in progressing objectives, but does not lose sight of the profitability and productivity outcomes. Drive performance and adoption of the features on the Digital Platform by working closely across the Product, Customer Experience, Contact Centre, Network and Marketing teams. Work closely with local, regional, and global teams to drive implementation and operationalization. Collaborate with scale Agile teams and IT partners to refine and prioritize product and platform delivery. Build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach to execute change at pace with minimum conflict. Seeks opportunities to integrate, simplify and streamline activity through involvement of teams in the geographic and functional matrix. Ensure regular and positive engagement with key support functions such as Risk Stewards, Compliance, Operations and Technology to ensure alignment of policies and plans necessary to deliver demanding transformation benefit targets. Management and ownership of Production issues, driving any issues to a resolution.
