The Opportunity Are you ready to take on a leadership role at the forefront of digital innovation?
As a Senior Digital Product Manager within Bupa's Digital Accelerators team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and delivery of Bupa's critical consent and identity services.
These capabilities are at the heart of enabling seamless, secure, and scalable digital experiences across the business.
You'll lead a high-performing, rapidly scaling team of product professionals tasked with maintaining critical services, optimising performance, and delivering a high-volume roadmap to meet Bupa's ambitious goals.
You'll also help shape the future of Bupa as we evolve into a more unified enterprise.
By collaborating on innovative authentication and consent processes, your work will underpin our efforts to deliver a connected experience for customers and stakeholders.
With responsibility for two squads — across identity and consent, you'll lead both operational excellence and continuous innovation.
This is a Permanent full-time position and can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
(Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements with a blended working from office and working from home arrangement).

You will add value by:
Leading the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for identity and consent management, enabling seamless integration across multiple legal entities and business units.Proactively identifying and driving opportunities to enhance authentication processes and consent mechanisms, supporting both customer needs and regulatory compliance.Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to align priorities, gain buy-in, and deliver outcomes that drive customer and commercial value.Providing leadership and mentorship to Product Owners and Business Analysts, ensuring team alignment and fostering a high-performing culture.Managing and prioritizing a complex and high-volume delivery roadmap, balancing the need to maintain service reliability with continuous improvement initiatives.Developing enterprise-wide solutions, such as a preference centre, that streamline and unify the customer experience across the Bupa ecosystem.Advocating for a customer-first approach, leveraging insights, data, and human-centered design principles to shape digital product outcomes.About You This role is perfect for a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a strong background in consent and identity, particularly within complex, multi-entity organizations.
You thrive in dynamic environments, can lead autonomously, and bring a proactive, solutions-driven mindset to your work.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in consent and identity management, with a deep understanding of authentication processes in complex environments.Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and business units.A proactive, self-starter approach, comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of your responsibilities.Strong product leadership experience, with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop Product Owners, BAs, and embedded resources within your teams.Expertise in driving strategy while maintaining a macro view to connect product outcomes to overarching business goals.Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments, balancing run and build priorities.A track record of navigating complex organizations with multiple legal entities and varied business models while scaling teams rapidly and fostering high-performing, collaborative squads.What's in it for you?
