The Senior Digital Planner plays an important role in the success of Country Road Group's marketing functions by driving operational excellence across brand and central marketing processes, technologies, loyalty, CRM, and data management. Acting as the key connector between product, data, centralised digital marketing capabilities, loyalty programmes, and individual brands, this role ensures strategic alignment and helps steer the organisation towards its overarching targets.
This role is part of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) within Country Road Group, providing expertise and best practices to support the broader marketing function. The Senior Digital Planner works across brands and central teams, ensuring that operational frameworks are leveraged to drive consistency and scalability across the group. The Senior Digital Planner is responsible for coordinating and optimising marketing efforts across two key activation streams, streamlining workflows, enhancing campaign efficiency, and maintaining data accuracy to drive effective campaigns.
As a brand partner within the broader marketing organisation, the Senior Digital Planner provides the infrastructure needed to scale marketing initiatives and supports informed decision-making through actionable insights and analytics. They act as a dedicated brand partner, collaborating closely with the Trenery, Witchery, Mimco, and Politix teams to understand business needs and provide tailored support for optimal results.
Key Capabilities Extensive experience in a product management, marketing operations, or a related role, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.Proven experience in managing CRM, loyalty programmes, and large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands.Strong background in marketing technology (MarTech) platforms, automation tools, and data-driven marketing strategies.Experience working within a Centre of Excellence (CoE) model or in an operational role supporting multiple brands or business units.A track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborating across customer, digital, and technology teams to align product strategy with business objectives.Experience managing external agencies and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes in line with performance expectations and product vision.Knowledge of media planning and coordination with external agencies, including the ability to evaluate market trends and optimise media spend for maximum ROI.Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to foster teamwork, promote knowledge sharing, and drive cross-functional collaboration.Why work for CRG?
