They should be distinctive, interesting and a snapshot of what each business does and what they stand for.As a Senior Digital Media Manager in the kwpx media team, you will be working across the implementation and planning of our client's media campaigns in Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and other social platforms, as well as programmatic display + video. You will be part of a team creating channel agnostic, impact-oriented media plans and will have the chance to work across a wide range of business verticals and media types.Your day-to-day work will be centered around bringing the digital media portions of client media plans to life with the support of more junior team members. You will be implementing campaigns across all the usual digital media platforms as well as 3rd party publishers, ensuring that campaigns run to budget and drive outcomes. You will also work with the wider media team to produce integrated post campaign reviews, analyzing how a campaign went in retrospect and opportunities for learning and improvements.Being an expert in keyword research and audience analysis, you will make critical contributions to our clients' overall media strategy. Additionally, as an integrated agency, you'll be exposed to the creative process and be able to provide feedback on how creative performs to the people creating it. You will be supported by experienced client leads on each account as well as the Media Director team.As a senior member of the digital media team, you will also support the Digital Media Director in the development of junior members of the team. You will assist with the identification of opportunities for individual personal development across the team as well as helping with the implementation and refinement of standard operating procedures and processes.The team you will be a part of is the hub of the client's campaigns, living and breathing all channels, and building strong relationships with a wide range of partners. You will work closely with your channel-agnostic team to ensure that all client work is as integrated as possible.Qualifications:Degree qualified in business/marketing/communications or related fieldsGoogle, Meta and other relevant platform certificationsExperience (Technical & Behavioural):Minimum 5 years media experienceWorking across various clients and various industriesWorking knowledge of the Digital Media Strategy, Planning & Buying processGood technical knowledge of buying and trading tech including ad-servers (Campaign Manager 360), verification tools (MOAT, IAS, ComScore, Nielsen) and DSP/DMP'sExperience in running paid media in all of: Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, DV360Solid understanding of the digital channel landscape, the role of each channel and how channels interplay across paid, owned and earnedWorked across integrated campaignsAbility to engage with all levels and discipline areas of the businessYour application will include the following questions:Do you have authorization to work in Australia?What digital media platform/channels do you have experience in?Describe your approach to leading more junior team members?
