As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will create, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Social Media ad campaigns and drive effective digital marketing strategies for our clients. You will also be responsible for identifying and cultivating marketing opportunities for new and existing goods and services on behalf of our clients. This is a hands-on, exciting opportunity for a talented individual with 3-5 years of industry experience to impact our digital marketing efforts significantly. Reporting to the Director of Web and Performance, this role will work with a diverse range of agency clients to enhance strategic advertising directions. You'll be part of a collaborative and passionate team working alongside account managers and the creative department. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, and TikTok. 2. Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including keyword research, audience targeting, forecasting, conversion tracking set up and bid management. 3. Maximise ROI and business growth with data-driven decisions based on market research, data analysis, trend identification, and performance monitoring. 4. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and continually optimise campaigns based on performance metrics. 5. Create and test different marketing strategies and ad variations to support business growth and sales objectives. 6. Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure campaigns run within allocated budgets and deliver positive results. 7. Generate regular reports and provide insights on campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising to drive innovation and enhance campaign performance. 10. Participate in proposal development and meetings with existing and potential clients. 11. Coordinating the creation of advertising campaigns involving advertising creatives, ad copy, media plans and budget constraints. 12. Advising clients on effective advertising and marketing strategies to reach target audiences, promote goods and services, drive business growth and increase awareness. To be successful in this role you will need: 1. Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft ads, including campaign setup, conversion tracking setup, keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance optimisation. 2. Proficiency in managing social media advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok ads, or other relevant platforms. 3. Proficient with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google Tag Manager. 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions. 5. Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation, targeting, and conversion optimisation. 6. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience creating and testing ad variations. 7. Knowledge of ad tracking and attribution methods to accurately measure campaign effectiveness. 8. Experienced in setting up Shopping campaigns for Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok ads. 9. Ability to analyse and advise on all elements of marketing, including product mix, sales, distribution, pricing, and advertising. 10. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 11. Experience in managing at least $200,000 ad spend per month. 12. Demonstrated success in driving ROI and improving key performance metrics through paid advertising campaigns. 13. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Qualifications: 1. Qualified via a degree or relevant tertiary qualification. 2. 3-5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency or an e-commerce environment.
