We are seeking a digital marketing expert to drive, develop & optimise our digital presence across various website and social media platforms. 20th September, 2024 For over 50 years, MSWA has been at the forefront of providing personalised support to those living with neurological conditions. We are proud of the range of services we provide our clients including Allied Health, in-home care, and high-support accommodation. Our Marketing team is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve and whilst we have made great strides in the digital marketing space, there is a lot more that can be done. As our Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you will utilise your skills to provide expert advice and support MSWA's marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic marketing and operational goals. You will put your experience to good use across various digital marketing channels (including search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising, display advertising, and social media marketing), as well as leading our strategic digital media planning, execution, website, and social media management. As a result, you will drive the growth and success in our digital marketing initiatives! Some of your core tasks will include:
Developing and managing digital advertising A/B testing and using an agile approach to test and learn Exploring and implementing tools/plugins to optimise digital marketing Working closely with external agencies to improve initiatives Managing the development of customised digital dashboards, reports, and tracking.
However, there'll be so much more to get involved with! Your toolkit:
Tertiary level qualification in either Marketing, Digital, Communication or relevant industry experience in a similar position Focus on digital marketing and social media Ability to own and lead on projects Solid experience in the interpretation of web analytic reports (ideally Google Analytics) Demonstrated knowledge of working with Craft CMS and email platforms, HTML coding for email (including mobile devices), Google Ad platforms, and Facebook Business Manager. A NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain – we can help you there if so)
