You will assist with delivering analytics, insights and reporting to optimise their web, App and chatbot performance with the aim of improving customer experience.

Key responsibilities for the role; To support customer insight analytics and marketing to deliver digital analytics and insights to key stakeholders To carry out daily activities via Google Analyst and SQL Ensure quality control and oversight of reporting output Proactively engage with stakeholders by supplying digital insights & assist marketing with strategy recommendations To develop and support implementation of digital performance dashboards Mentor other analysts within the team To support the business with adhoc analysis and insights to solve business problems To be successful for the role you will have; 5 + years experience in Web Optimisation or Digital Analytics or Digital Performance would be highly desirable Proven experience in using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and Tableau Experience with SQL is essential A/B Testing tools such as Optimizely or Google Optimize Alteryx Data Manipulation Tool Proven experience of driving insights from data and presenting the findings to different sets of stakeholders Must be technically strong in Microsoft Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills
