Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications) Conceptualise and design engaging, on-brand digital assets that effectively communicate key marketing messages and inspire action in line with campaign objectives for the Budget Direct brand.
The role Enhance the Budget Direct brand and drive digital campaign success.
Support the design team technically and on projects.
Create and manage device-optimized digital assets for websites, campaigns, landing pages, social media, and banner ads.
Produce engaging video assets like overlays, supers, and motion graphics.
Edit video content for You Tube, outdoor ads, online ads, and social platforms.
Assist team members with creative briefs and collaborate with designers and developers.
Ensure web and design assets are reusable and aligned with campaign goals.
Design websites and landing pages; confirm scope with stakeholders.
Create HTML5 banners for marketing campaigns.
Update the brand style guide with the team.
Contribute design and video solutions in brainstorming sessions.
Identify and promote training opportunities for the design team.
Keep the team updated on design, marketing, and UX trends.
What experience you'll bring Minimum 3 years in digital design and video editing.
Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Portfolio or examples of work.
Expertise in Google Web Designer, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder).
Proficient in UI and UX best practices.
Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive web design.
Experience with video assets for Australian digital media channels (desirable).
Ability to lead digital projects from design to development.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
Skills in motion graphics and animation.
Experience in an Agile team environment (desirable).
