Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days wfh
Contract Type: Permanent contract
Salary: Up to €80,000, dependant on relevant experience
Company Overview:
5V Tech is working in partnership with an FPGA company in the Paris area, supporting them in finding the Senior Digital Design expert they need to ensure the success and growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities: Develop the entire digital part of their FPGA SoC. Support junior team members and serve as the main referent for Digital Design matters. Define the SoC architecture design and participate in various reviews (design, verification, validation, test). Take part in the verification test plans with the verification team. Code RTL and encourage efficient handoff flow. Participate in DFT definition, working with the DFT team. Understand system problems and ensure constraints are considered during the specification phase. Continuously improve digital flows and methodologies alongside other lead/experienced team members. Skills Required: Proven experience working as a Senior/Staff/Lead Digital Design Engineer. Excellent understanding of SoC architecture, design, and problems. Good knowledge of modern architectures such as CPUs, PCIe, interconnects, DDR4/5 (experience with analog IPs is beneficial). Able to script in Python, Bash, Perl, Shell, or other languages. Understanding of ASIC would be a huge bonus.
