About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

About the Role Play a key role in online projects and take a lead position in a team of like-minded digital communications specialists.
You will provide your digital communications expertise to the Courts Group, which includes the Supreme Court of Victoria, County Court of Victoria, VCAT, and Court Services Victoria.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Communications Manager, you will liaise with all areas of the Courts Group to:
develop and lead innovative and evidence-based strategies to maximise online engagementhelp manage operations of a suite of websites, the intranet and social mediaapply editorial guidelines, plain language principles, SEO and web accessibility as part of content designleverage advanced metrics and prepare actionable reports to improve and support digital communications and projectsconfidently liaise with stakeholders, judicial officers and technical support providers.The Senior Digital Communications Adviser ensures first-time court users understand the legal system and are able to access information and services at the right time and place of their user journey.
About You To succeed in this role, you will need solid experience:
