Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Partnering, this position plays a critical role in understanding the business needs of different university departments and aligning them with digital solutions and strategies. The Digital Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor, working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital optimisation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall student and staff experience.
Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will have:
Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends, including cloud computing, mobile applications, and data analytics.Familiarity with digital platforms and tools, such as content management systems, customer relationship management systems, and learning management systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions to complex challenges.Please refer to the Position Description for other duties, skills and experience required for this position.
