Senior Digital Business Analyst

Our client, a leading financial organisation, is seeking a skilled Senior Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of a cutting-edge greenfield digital banking project.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.
You will: Gather and document business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders.Facilitate workshops to map user journeys and business processes.Develop workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.Work closely and collaborate with UI/UX design teams.Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage delivery prioritisation.Use Jira to manage project tasks, backlogs, and sprints.To be successful, your CV should highlight: 5+ years of experience in digital banking or fintech environments.Strong Agile practices, including backlog management and user story creation.Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a digital environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Workflow Automation and Process Mapping (Appian experience highly beneficial).Experience in facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional teams.Familiarity with tools like Jira and collaboration platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
