Senior Digital Business Analyst

Leading Government client looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to assist across a highly visible digital transformation project.12 month contract with potential extension, paying up to $900 plus Super per day, based in Sydney with WFH flexibility.Ideal background across digital transformation and large-scale customer experience project work.

Overview:A leading Government client is on the lookout for a talented Senior Digital Business Analyst to join their innovative team. This role is essential in driving digital transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer experience, systems interaction, and comprehensive requirement documentation.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements that support digital initiatives.Develop detailed user stories that encapsulate customer needs, ensuring alignment with project goals.Create process diagrams that map current and future-state workflows, highlighting systems interactions.Engage with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing customer experience through digital solutions.Conduct workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements elicitation and validation.Perform gap analysis to inform digital strategy and recommend actionable solutions.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovative thinking and strategic improvements.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on digital transformation projects.Proven expertise in creating requirement documentation, user stories, and process diagrams.Strong understanding of customer experience principles and systems interaction.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
