Senior Digital Analytics Specialist - 12 Month ContractThe Digital Analytics team is accountable for leading the solution and delivery of analytics across our public facing digital assets.
They define, document and support implementation of relevant analytics, recommending best practice channel performance indicators, the establishment of regular reporting to track success and deep insights to help digital teams improve our customers' online experience.
About the role: Your role is to support the Digital Analytics Manager, to deliver analytics solutions across the Suncorp Group's digital assets, with activities including:
Acting as a digital analytics SME and master user across the digital portfolio, using the Adobe Analytics suite.Being the link between developers, product owners, UX, OX and Marketing Technology Operations, by articulating requirements for digital analytics tagging solution designs.Working collaboratively with digital colleagues and broader business stakeholders (such as: Product, Portfolio, Marketing, Technology etc.) to assess analytics requirements and develop solutions for implementation across both small and large initiatives.Providing digital insights and recommendations to continue driving digital adoption across self-service functions and lifting sales and conversion rates across the entire ecosystem.Providing regular reporting and insights, both proactive and ad-hoc, to enable key digital and business stakeholders to make data driven decisions, to ultimately uplift digital customer experience.Developing a lens of continuous improvement around analytics processes and frameworks to maximise the value of data and insight to the business.About You: Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or Statistics related discipline – desired.3+ years in a similar role (either client or agency side) with a focus on digital analytics.Strong Adobe Analytics experience is required, specifically solution design experience for analytics tagging and technical troubleshooting.Experience in other digital analytics tools highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in analytical problem solving.Experience in database building, mining and reporting an advantage.Key Capabilities: Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, collaboration and consulting skills.Strong relationship and influencing skills.Commercial acumen and results driven.Planning, organising and attention to detail.Commitment to teamwork and working in cross-functional teams.Digital analytics/intelligence tools (e.g. Adobe Marketing Cloud: Analytics, Target, Audience Manager).Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau desirable.What we can offer you: Discounts and offers on a range of insurance products.A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks secondary carer parental leave, and unlimited paid emergency response leave.Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave.Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council.Advertised: 13 Nov 2024 AUS Eastern Daylight Time
