They are also responsible for supporting, coaching and training the Coordinators and Executives in the team ensuring their outputs meet expectations.The Senior Digital Activation Executive works closely with their Managers and Directors to ensure best in class Paid Search and Paid Social solutions are delivered to clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign ImplementationFull ownership of day-to-day workflow on tier 1, 2 & 3 clients. Engaging Manager/Directors when required, ensuring no basic errors and strong performance. This includes:Reviewing and responding to client briefs. Ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of Google and Facebook campaigns.Full responsibility for the accuracy of implementation within your team, and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs.Full responsibility for the accuracy of reporting, with the development of clear insights, ensuring the client has a clear understanding of the impact of their investment on their business.ClientWorks autonomously to meet client objectives & deliverables.Full responsibility for ensuring we are in the best possible position to hit designated client's business KPI's.Focused on building strong professional relationship with clients.Complete ownership of tier 2 & 3 clients and significant involvement in assisting on Tier 1 clients.Full ownership of Tier 1, 2 & 3 client roadmaps.Team & CommunicationExcellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner.Managing Execs & Coordinators on a day to day basis - educates & motivates to help develop skills and responsibilities.Working closely with Managers and Directors to ensure quality control processes are adhered toSharing of knowledge, innovations and insights with the wider team.AdministrationFull accountability for monthly invoicing ensuring no errors and timely completion.Reconciles budgets and executes any changes that may be required.Forecasts spend and revenue, flagging any potential over servicing/under servicing with Director.YOUR SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum 2-3 years experience in a digital media role working on either paid search or paid social channelsExcellent understanding and working knowledge of Search Engine and Social Media marketing, backed by relevant experiencePreferably a University degree or higher education qualificationsExpert understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscapeExpert across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent ability to analyse and manipulate data, extracting insights for reportingWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORDevelops professional relationships with internal teams, media partners & clientsA team player that is inspiring, collaborative and enjoys mentoring, training and motivating their team as well as managing upwardsConfident and engaging interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, able to guide and influence key stakeholdersStrong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesAttention to detail that is second to noneHas a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning, keeping up to date with industry updates, new betas and brings testing ideas to clientsWHAT DOES LIFE AT SPARK LOOK LIKE?We offer progressive flexible working options to everyone at all levels – It's not a policy.
