Job Description Locations: Melbourne - Yarra Falls (Hybrid)
In this position, you'll be based in our Yarra Falls, Melbourne office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. This role has in-office operational requirements and so we're unable to consider employees who wish to continue an existing, fully remote working arrangement.

Our team is made up of technology specialists who work in Computershare's Issuer Services line of business and provide global technology and infrastructure/support services for existing Computershare proprietary software together with a full range of development services for new products.

Some of your key responsibilities will include: Provide technical assistance to development teams to assist in the adoption and implementation DevOps practices including adoption of CI/CDConfigure and support centralised build and deployment infrastructurePartner with development teams to effectively configure CI/CD pipelines that enhance efficiency and productivityAutomate environment creation and software installation, along with repetitive build and deployment tasksCreate comprehensive guidelines and support documentation to foster best practicesContribute to research into existing and emerging technologies to enable DevOpsEnsure solutions delivered are fit for purpose, meet security, risk and audit requirements, meet customer expectations and are highly secureProactively escalate risks and issues to the Team Lead / Management as appropriateProvide regular contributions to team knowledge base, product wikis and support documentationMaintain documentation for environment detailsImplement cloud solutions and technologies to enhance our infrastructure capabilities What will you bring to the role?
We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in the Microsoft Azure space & exposure to key CI/CD tools. You have a true passion for qualities in all stages of software development and for automation, scripting.
Key essential skills required include: Proven experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering/Development and Solutions, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationSolid understanding of cloud security concepts, identity and access management and compliance requirementsProficiency in scripting and automation (IaC) using Azure CLI/PowerShell and Bicep/TerraformStrong experience of Azure DevOps, CI/CD Azure Pipelines (YAML), Azure Artifacts and other deployment automation toolsReal world experience with Azure APIM/AGW, Azure Functions, serverless and containersStrong problem-solving, analytical thinking and teamwork skillsAbility to effectively manage yourself through ambiguity and changeContinuous improvement and a learning mindset Desired skills (but not essential) Tertiary qualifications in Technology or similar/relevant certificationsNetworking ArchitectureAPI testing (e.g. PostMan)Experience with Agile, Kanban or Lean methodology Rewards designed for you Flexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.
