Senior Devops/Database Operations Expert (Mysql - Aws)

Requirements:
10+ years experience with MySQL database administration in production, MySQL commands.
Full understanding of options and flags.
Performance Optimization, Logs management.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting.
Storage engine management.
Buffer pool optimization.
Data Migration & ETL.
Testing procedures.
Rollback strategies.
Critical System Checks.
Strong AWS infrastructure management experience - 10 years+.
Proven experience in production environment backup strategies.
Expertise in database backup and recovery procedures.
Shell scripting and automation expertise (Bash, Python).
Audit and manage MySQL database backup procedures in AWS production environment.
Work with existing less experienced team to ensure development and production environment are adequately running and secured for stable operation.
Available, easy-going, and supportive individual freelancer who can remote support overseas team in different time zones.
Expert to support the team with Docker, MySQL, AWS; strong Python skills are ideal.
Skills and knowledge in Web scraping, Selenium, Playwright, data cleansing tools, and library and functions calling will be an advantage.
