Leadership and mentoring will be integral as you help define team structures and develop the skills of less experienced colleagues.Your ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage feasibility studies, budgets, cashflows, and project timelines.Lead the design, statutory approvals, construction, and completion phases of projects.Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain alignment with development objectives.Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring support for the project vision.Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture, mentoring junior team members to elevate their capabilities.What We're Looking ForExtensive experience in property development, with expertise in design and construction.
