Our Opportunity We have an opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join our Master-planned Communities team working on a community project which is approximately 1200 lots, including 900 land lots and 300 Mirvac built spec homes, a community centre, public playgrounds, and major infrastructure.
You will be involved with the planning, delivery and sales phase of the first stages, and DA, civil design and civil construction phases of the remaining stages, open space and infrastructure delivery, and delivery of the sales office and commencement of sales.
The project team is small in size, and as the SDM you will take responsibility for leading the project delivery and team professional development.
Your point of difference You must have demonstrated master-planned community development experience through planning, delivery and sales phases.
Your commercial, legal, and financial acumen will be of a high standard, and you will have a strong understanding in value management.
You will have a strong portfolio of management skills, including project and people management.
In addition, you will have the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity.
