Land Development Corporation (LDC) has a position available to drive strategic projects and facilitate economic growth for the Territory. LDC is a Government Business Division with a commercial focus. Under the direction of the Project Director, the Senior Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of the land development process from project inception to completion, including feasibility, planning, design, approvals, stakeholder consultation and coordination of supporting resources.
