The Role
Reporting to the QLD Project Director, you will be responsible for a key, large scale, prime residential land project in its infancy.
This is a key acquisition for the team and will be a defining project for the business.

You will be responsible for running the full lifecycle of projects in a growing business where DM's are not siloed and have exposure from acquisition, through planning, approvals, delivery and marketing/sales.

This role will also focus on acquisitions of Residential Land projects.
Candidates with experience across both delivery & acquisitions will be highly regarded.
You
The successful candidate in this role will have:
Minimum 5 years Residential land development experienceExperience delivering min 200+ lot residential land subdivision projectsIdeally some acquisitions & detailed feasibility experienceDevelopment Managers or Senior Development Managers will be considered.Built-form experience in Retail, Commercial amenities will be highly regarded.This is an opportunity to work with an entrepreneurial group with no red-tape, a strong balance sheet and access to capital where you can grow your career.
