Key Responsibility Areas: Manage the subdivision and planning process relating to development infrastructure Determination of appropriate infrastructure conditions, and checking or overseeing engineering designs and construction of all developer funded infrastructure. Coordinate the design approvals for infrastructure works by Council or developers to ensure that infrastructure is designed and constructed to consistent and appropriate quality standards, and in accord with the Infrastructure Design Manual.
