We are excited to welcome a Senior Development Draftsperson to our growing team. This opportunity has come about as we continue to expand in 2025. You will be responsible for: Produce precise master plans and detailed construction details using ArchiCAD software, following project requirements and design briefs.Collaborate closely with building surveyors, suppliers, engineers, project managers, and the design team to integrate design intent into buildable plans.Develop clear, accurate, and compliant master documentation for each construction purpose.Providing practical construction details to maintain design integrity and buildability.Contributing to the continuous improvement of drafting systems and processes.Ensuring all design and drafting work complies with all regulations and NCC.Conduct thorough checks of master drawings to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, local ordinances, and client specifications.What you need to join this exciting team: Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5-7 years experience in drafting, with a strong focus on master planning and construction documentation.Proficiency in ArchiCAD.Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and structural design principles.Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.What we offer you: The chance to work on meaningful, community-focused projects.Fun, friendly work culture where people actually care about you.HBG Work and Health Perks.Flexible Working (WFH).Career development within a growing organisation.If you would like to be part of this amazing team, we would love to hear from you.
