Hybrid Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Siebel solutions through configuration, EAI, EIM, and PL/SQL development.
Oversee Dev and SIT environments, ensuring smooth end-to-end testing and migration of Siebel changes.
Provide performance tuning solutions for online and batch integrations.
Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Mentor and train new staff on Siebel Application support and troubleshoot integration issues alongside developers.
Update and maintain Technical Design Documents and adhere to Release and Change Management processes.
Essential Qualifications
10+ years of IT and Siebel experience with a deep understanding of Siebel 6 architecture and deployment methodologies.
Expertise in Siebel Call Centre or any Base application, along with at least one vertical application (e.g., Banking, Finance).
Proven experience with Siebel configuration, Assignment Manager, EIM, Workflows, Business Services, and eScript.
Strong Siebel integration skills using EAI, VBC, web services, MSMQ, and out-of-the-box adapters (JMS, VBC, EBC).
In-depth knowledge of the Siebel Data Model, MSSQ Server/Oracle, and performance tuning.
Exposure to Siebel Development including business modeling, requirement gathering, configuration, and integration.
Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including customizing Applets, Business Components, Screens, Tables, and more.

ITIL v3/v4 certification and relationship-building expertise.
