Job Description The Service Management Department includes the IT Service Desk, Change and Incident Management teams,and the development and system administration of the ServiceNow platform.

Position Overview The ServiceNow Senior Developer plays a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that streamline our business processes and enhance overall efficiency. Leverage your expertise to support and maintain the core configuration of the ServiceNow platform, as well as the applications and workflows within the IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. You will create and maintain custom applications and configure integrations that align with our organisation's evolving needs across the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with both ServiceNow Administration and Development. Experience with platform administration.
Manage upgrades, patching and maintenance.
Prevent, identify and manage system incidents, working with ServiceNow to resolve them.
Experience with development and configuration of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, CMDB, Integration Hub, and/or Event Management modules.
Advanced scripting, architecture design, and project leadership experience would be highly advantageous.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
4+ years experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems via APIs and Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
Experience working with implementation partners and managed service providers Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies Ability to successfully lead a team and drive the success of ServiceNow initiatives.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery Implementer Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
