Senior Developer (Rpa - Robotic Process Automation)

Peoplebank are recruiting for multiple RPA Software Developers (UiPath, or similar) to join their client, where you will work on new and innovative exciting projects!
Due to the nature of the work and client, you must be Australian Citizen with an existing baseline (or higher – NV1 / NV2) Security clearance .
As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, your key duties may include, but are not limited to: Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using appropriate tooling.
Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
Maintain and optimise existing RPA workflows to improve performance and business value.
Conduct Unit Testing on developed code and support the full testing lifecycle, including test automation.
Provide training, support and knowledge sharing to APS employees.
Document development processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
Key Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development .
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development .
Previous experience with UiPath (ideally), Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring staff in the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Previous experience with Automated Software Testing.
