About your new role
The Senior Developer position has been created to primarily build new applications and deliver front end projects in coordination with the Dev team. Secondary to this, the Senior Developer will have the skills to build back end services and see you bridge the gap between front-end and back-end development.
Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include:
Develop high-performing and interactive user interfaces utilising React.Collaborate with Back-end Devs to integrate front-end components.Develop and maintain microservices architecture using Docker and Kubernetes.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX, BLoC pattern).Oversee cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.Create responsive and performant mobile user interfaces.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Participate in code reviews and contribute to our development best practices.Ensure optimal application performance on both iOS and Android platforms.Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
About You!
• You are an experienced Senior Developer with a leaning towards Front-end development.
• You're skilled at working with Javascript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, .Net framework and C#.
• Can demonstrate skills working with iOS and Android platforms as well as single page applications (SPA's).
• Have experience working with cloud (Azure / GCP ideally), including Firebase services.
• Has experience with MongoDB, Docker & Kubernetes.
• Can demonstrate a knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
