You will play a crucial role in the uplift of an existing Jira application, integrated with AWS Cloud Services and FME, to support the NSW Spatial Digital Twin product suite.
Business Objectives To develop high-performance FME solutions to uplift the AIDP application to facilitate a seamless and intuitive data provision and ingestion experience for the business and external stakeholders that is user-friendly, reduce manual processes, and aligns with business needs.
Role Context & Description Modify and create FME workspaces in line with business needs.Integrate data from AWS with FME workspaces.Development of ETL Scripts for Data Transformations.Develop high-performance solutions to uplift the AIDP application with enhanced FME functionality and user experience, suitable for business implementation.Skill Requirements/Qualifications Extensive experience designing FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) workflows, developing FME workspaces and deployment pipelines.Python programming knowledge and experience.Git (preferred BitBucket) knowledge and experience preferred.Third-party integration with Jira Service Management Cloud, AWS Services and DocuSign.Tertiary qualifications with bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering.Proficient in Agile methodologies.Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively work as part of a technical development team and lead technical decisions.Excellent problem-solving skills and eye for detail.Understanding of Spatial Data highly desirable.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
