Role Overview UMENCO is seeking a visionary Senior Designer for a dynamic, contemporary womenswear brand.
In this pivotal role, the Senior Designer will lead the design process from concept to completion, overseeing the creation of sophisticated, fashion-forward pieces that embody brand's essence. The role's responsibilities will include conducting trend research, developing innovative designs and collaborating cross-functionally with teams to ensure that each collection is both compelling and commercially successful.
The ideal talent will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of fabric and garment construction and an ability to translate key trends into iconic seasonal styles. In addition to design expertise, the successful talent will be a key component in maintaining the brand's identity and innovation. Strong communication skills, an ability to lead and inspire a team and a proactive approach are essential.
