We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our expanding team.
The role will be responsible for: Leading the design and development of the product, ensuring it meets all the current safety standards and is completed within design deadlines.Managing and mentoring a team of specialist engineers.Ensuring the mechanical configuration control, including defining and enforcing configuration control procedures.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into overall systems.Conducting risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.Ensuring compliance of all designs with relevant engineering standards and regulations.Maintaining records of all design decisions made during the process.Identification of potential design flaws and providing solutions to improve the design.About you: Minimum 4 years of experience in a Senior Designer/ Engineering role.Proficiency in MicroStation.Experience in CAD software.Experience with Inventor is desired.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
