You will be accountable for all technical aspects of the project life cycle including planning, design, construction and handover.
You will be the primary contact for stakeholders for all technical requirements for the project whilst having responsibility for managing compliance to all ElectraNet's engineering processes.
With assigned teams of engineers, you will lead them to successful outcomes while being the accountable leader for each stage of the projects technical deliverables.
Success in this role is characterised by impactful and influential leadership, clear strategic and holistic thinking, and an ability to build relationships across broad stakeholder groups and engineering and design delivery excellence.
About YouWith high level strategic and commercial experience, you will ensure the timely delivery of all the engineering deliverables for the project, for the life of the project including scope, cost, quality and time.
You will have proven cradle to grave project engineering experience. You will need to hold a relevant bachelor degree or higher, plus demonstrated and relevant experience in the Electricity Industry and coverage across multiple disciplines.
You thrive on service delivery, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across broad stakeholder groups to influence and drive outcomes through others.
This will be underpinned by detailed knowledge and experience working within HV Transmission projects.
