Senior Design Manager

This leading commercial builder are ramping up their Design Management team and seeking Design Manager and Senior Design Manager.

Revered for their largescale commercial industrial builds, project sizes are growing in size and complexity.

A Senior Design Manager is required to ensure buildability of projects, overseeing design process, managing external architects, presenting to client representatives, coordinating with site based team, and managing RFI's.

This individual will have at least 10-15 years construction experience, ideally Tier 2 or 3.

Industrial experience very much desired, however commercial experience will be considered.
